Life has been interesting but I can't complain. Cuz I ate the grapes so things are going to be great. I got my sagittarius optimism going strong...
And so yeah....I am going on tour.
The highway is calling me again and like a beautiful bad decision… I have answered.
After 16 years of being an independent artist, professional emotional alchemist, chaos magician, heartbreaker, dancefloor cryptid, and maker of strange little worlds — I’m packing up the glitter, the grief, the magic shop, the ritual oils, the candles, the heartbreak, and the fantasy and heading back on tour.
I want the strange magic that happens when a room full of outsiders decides to feel something together.
This tour is about keeping things real. Avant garde. Joyful. Graceful. Happy. Human. No weird industry performance. No pretending to be polished robots. Just art, ritual, music, connection, beauty, mess, vulnerability, pleasure, softness, and release. Just happy ass Maya.
The On the Road Again Tour is a DIY run through California, Oregon, Washington, and beyond — underground venues, bookstores, art spaces, weird corners, soft places, loud places, places where we can dance, cry, flirt, spiral, heal, perform rituals, and maybe accidentally fall in love for three minutes.
That would be magical really and I want all the magic.
I’m also unbelievably excited to announce that Maya’s Magic Shop is joining the tour for special pop-ups in Portland and Olympia at Psychic sister. We’re bringing ritual goods, herbs, spellwork, glamour magic, handmade offerings, and other enchanted treasures on the road with us.
AND… for opening night I’ll be performing my project Paiiin live for the very first time which feels terrifying, vulnerable, dramatic, and exactly correct.
